Karen Schipfmann

Karen spent her formative years in Iowa and is a proud graduate of Iowa State University with a degree in Finance. After almost 12 years of trading commodities and various sales positions in the Midwest she decided with her husband to pull up stakes and move West to his hometown of Cody.

She and her husband Jay Nielson are involved in many community organizations including the Buffalo Bill Center of the West, Sleeping Giant Ski Area and Zipline and Christ Episcopal Church. Together they have two energetic boys and enjoy spending family time playing games, traveling and enjoying this beautiful area. We have been thankful for West Park Hospital now Cody Regional Health on many occasions.
