dedicated staff provides personalized care for every patient, taking the

Cody Regional Health Home Healthcare– The home health team provides care for patient in the patient’s own
home. Our nurses are on call 24/7, and our team provides everything from
nursing care to physical therapy services.
Cody Regional Health Spirit Mountain Hospice– Hospice patients are provided with quality of life care during the final
stages of life. We provide services for both patients and their families
that address their physical and emotional needs during this time.
